Hotel Accommodations
A number of rooms in different categories and at reduced prices have been provisionally reserved in hotels situated close to the conference site. The reduced price is available until the end of June in some cases and until August 3rd in other cases, depending on the hotel; availability is on a first come, first serve basis.
To reserve a room, please email scaw@ethz.ch and state:
1) Name and Registration ID, 2) Arrival/Departure Dates 3) Hotel preference 4) Single or Double room. You will receive an email confirmation with hotel information.

- 10 Double Rooms, CHF 175.– incl. breakfast
- 10 Single Rooms, CHF 130.–(Wed-Fri), CHF 120.-(Fri-Sat) incl. breakfast
- 10 Single Rooms, CHF 150.– incl. breakfast
- 10 Double Rooms, CHF 230.– incl. breakfast
- 10 Single Rooms, 180 CHF.- incl. breakfast
